That was until she met Milo, a playful husky with bright blue eyes and a friendly demeanor. Milo had been at the shelter for a while, waiting for the right person to come along. When Misty saw him, she knew he was the one. After spending some time getting to know him, Misty was sure that Milo would be a great fit for her home. It was clear that Misty and Milo were meant to be together, and from that day on, they became inseparable companions, sharing countless adventures and creating memories.

Luna & Tuna + Yoona

Adoption Story: Luna had always dreamed of adopting a cat, and when she walked into Bow-Wow & Meow Rescue Castle, she knew she was in the right place. Among the cats in the cozy adoption room, one young feline caught her eye. Tuna, a striking cat with a beautiful striped coat and captivating blue-green eyes, seemed to gaze right into her soul. Luna knelt down, and Tuna immediately padded over, purring softly. His playful antics and gentle nature made Luna's heart melt. After spending some time with him, Luna knew that Tuna was the one. She couldn't wait to take him home, where he would have a loving place to grow and thrive. Tuna, the playful little adventurer, had found his forever home with Luna at last.

Addition: Luna thought her home was complete with Tuna, her striped, blue-green-eyed cat, but life had another surprise. The shelter called to say Tuna's sister, Yoona, had arrived and needed a home. When Luna brought Tuna to meet her, the sibling cats instantly reconnected, chirping and playing like no time had passed. Seeing their bond, Luna knew she had to adopt Yoona too. Now, her home is filled with double the purrs, double the antics, and a love that’s truly complete.

The Adoption Process

Start by visiting our website or coming to Bow-Wow & Meow Rescue Castle to see the wonderful pets available for adoption. We have a variety of dogs, cats, and small animals, all looking for their forever homes.

Browse through our adoptable pets and find the one that captures your heart. Whether you're looking for a playful pup or a cuddly kitten, our team can help match you with a pet based on your preferences and lifestyle.

Once you've found your future companion, the next step is to complete an adoption application form. The application asks about your living situation, experience with pets, and what you're looking for in a pet. This helps us ensure a good match for both you and the animal.

After reviewing your application, we may schedule a home visit or interview. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you better and ensure that your home is a safe and suitable environment for your new pet. We want to make sure every pet goes to a loving home.

If everything looks great, you’ll be asked to pay an adoption fee. This fee helps us continue caring for the animals in our shelter. You’ll also sign an adoption agreement, which outlines the responsibilities of pet ownership and ensures the welfare of the animal.

Once the adoption is finalized, you can take your new furry friend home! Our team will provide you with all the information you need about your pet's care, including any medical records and advice on settling them into their new environment.

We offer ongoing support even after the adoption. If you have any questions or need advice, we’re here to help. Plus, we may follow up with you to ensure your pet is adjusting well to their new life.
